When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. if you need to change delivery information, please contact us right away. Once the order is processed we will be unable to make any changes.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it may take 5-14 business days for delivery depending on your location. There can be delays beyond our control such as customs and postal service delays.
- What does the shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
- Lost/Stolen Packages?
Once your order ships out you will receive an automated message with a tracking number. After the package is scanned, you will be able to click on the Tracking Order link to receive the most up-to-date information on your shipment.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier provided to you on the tracking page.
